Brian Feliberty President

I have been a resident of our community since 2009 and have had the privilege of serving on the HOA Board multiple times, including two terms as President—most recently from 2023 to the present. My long-term commitment to our neighborhood has given me a deep appreciation for what makes our community special, as well as a strong understanding of the challenges we face. I’m passionate about maintaining and improving the quality of life for all homeowners. During my time on the Board, I’ve focused on transparent communication, responsible budgeting, and ensuring that homeowner concerns are heard and addressed in a timely and respectful manner. I’d be honored to continue serving and contributing to a safe, well-managed, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Denise Edqil  Vice President

I’ve been a Beacon st. resident since 2005. My Mom was an original owner in 1984; therefore, I am very familiar with the property and area.l previously served as President and Secretary while under Pernicanos Management and 1m extremely pleased to welcome them back! I have a degree in Accounting and Business Management and strong familiarity with construction and landscaping. I believe in upholding our governing documents and strive to influence ethical Board behavior. Some of my goals are to bring the property back to a standard to be proud of while still watching our finances with hopes of regaining a better percentage of funded reserves.

Brandon Jammo Secretary

As a homeowner in this community, I’m committed to contributing to the long-term well-being and improvement of our neighborhood. I bring over 10 years of leadership and management experience in production operations, where I’ve led teams, managed complex projects, and focused on efficiency, budgeting, and compliance. My goal as a board member is to ensure transparency, accountability, and open communication. I believe in practical problem-solving and working collaboratively to maintain the value and integrity of our homes. I’m passionate about helping our community thrive and would be honored to serve.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE ON THE BOARD?

1. Help with the Roof replacement vote and funding

2. Have good communication with homeowners

3. Help owners stay in their homes. We need to work with owners to keep them living here

4. Show the owners that we have their interests at heart.

5. Keep the Budget and Monitor the Spending of the Homeowners’ Associates

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

I have a B.A. from Whittier College . I Cisco certified computer network training. I have an A+ and Network+ computer training.

I have been  business man for 39 years. I have consulted many small business in the San Diego Area.  I accounting and tax consultant small business.

I love baseball and I am a season ticket holder with the Padres.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE ON THE BOARD?

  1. Keep the complex safe and do not enforce Petty rules.
  2. Have good communication with homeowners (get the Website and Facebook up and have info the homeowners can use
  3. Help owners stay in their homes. We need to work with owners to keep them living here
  4. Show the owners that we have their interests at heart.Publish the Balance Sheet and Income on a monthly Basis (on the Website)
